Return & Refund Policy — Urban Hub PK

At Urban Hub PK, we want you to love your fragrance. If something isn’t right with your order, we’re here to help. Please read our policy below carefully, as fragrance products carry some restrictions for hygiene and quality reasons.
1. Eligibility for Returns
You may request a return or replacement within [2] days of receiving your order, only under the following conditions:
- You received the wrong product (different from what you ordered)
- Your product arrived damaged, leaking, or broken
- Your product was defective upon arrival
- The seal or packaging was tampered with before delivery
To be eligible, please contact us within the return window with your order number and clear photos/video of the product and packaging as received.
2. Non-Returnable Items
For hygiene and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns or exchanges on:
- Products that have been opened, used, or sprayed
- Products returned without their original packaging, box, or seal
- Items purchased on clearance or final sale (if marked as such)
- Change-of-mind requests (e.g., you no longer like the scent) once the item has left our warehouse
3. How to Request a Return
To start a return or report an issue with your order:
- Contact us via WhatsApp or Instagram DM at @official.urbanhubpk within [2] days of delivery.
- Provide your order number, a description of the issue, and photo/video evidence.
- Our team will review your request and respond within [24-48] hours with next steps.
4. Refunds
- Approved refunds will be processed via [Method — e.g., bank transfer, JazzCash/Easypaisa, or bank transfer].
- For Cash on Delivery orders, refunds will be issued directly to your provided bank/mobile wallet account, as we are unable to refund to a COD payment method directly.
- Refunds are typically processed within [5–7] business days after approval.
- Original shipping charges (if any were paid) are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error (wrong or defective item).
5. Exchanges
If you’d prefer an exchange instead of a refund (e.g., for a different fragrance of equal value due to a damaged or incorrect item), let us know when you contact us, and we’ll arrange this subject to stock availability.
6. Return Shipping Costs
- If the return is due to our error (wrong item, defective, or damaged product), we will cover the return shipping cost.
- If the return is for any other approved reason, the customer may be responsible for return shipping costs, which will be communicated at the time of approval.
7. Damaged or Incorrect Orders
Please inspect your order as soon as it arrives. If there is any visible damage to the packaging at the time of delivery, we recommend noting this with the courier and contacting us immediately with photos.
